Craig Bonnar has stepped down from his role as CEO of budget hotel company Travelodge with immediate effect, citing personal reasons. The company ahs replaced him with chief financial officer Jo Boydell.
Bonnar had only been in the post on a permanent basis since May 2021. He had been interim CEO since January of that year.
Boydell joined the business in March 2013, having previously held senior finance roles at the likes of Mothercare and Ladbrokes.
Travelodge has not yet said what will happen to her current role.
