Club buildings – stand-alone buildings. Minimum size 2000 m2. Retail component with garden / outdoor space / terrace. No minimum number of apartments.

Houses - Buildings with no minimum size requirement within walking distance to the clubs. Flip around opportunity for the owners of buildings with no facilities and under-utilized commercial buildings.

Flats –Ando will include individual flats that are designed by Ando and located within walking distance to the Clubs, as part of its system.
