Limestone Capital has acquired the Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch.
Teaser: This is the latest in a number of Limestone acquisitions over the last few years.
The five-star hotel comprises 164 guest rooms, a restaurant, fitness and wellness facilities, and over 3,000 square feet of event space.
The acquisition follows a number of acquisitions made by the hospitality-focused private equity firm as it seeks to expand its presence across Europe. In the past few years, Limestone has acquired a resort hotel in Sardinia for repositioning into a five-star Aethos hotel, the Hotel Axel on Calle de Atocha in Madrid and the Camp Zero Resort in the Italian Alps amongst others, taking the company’s hotel projects under development since 2018 to nine.
