Schroders sells Hotel Eiffel Blomet Paris to Financière MP Landowski

Schroders Capital’s hotels team, private equity specialist Extendam and family office Cèdre have sold the 4-star Hotel Eiffel Blomet Paris to Financière MP Landowski.

Opened in 2017, the 87-room hotel located at 78 Rue Blomet in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, also comprises a wellness area with a swimming pool.

The hotel was managed by Schroders Capital.

Caninet Arago supported Schroders Capital, Extendam and Cèdre with legal advice. Financière MP Landowski was assisted by CBRE Hotels, Beauval, Lamartine Conseil, Octies Avocats, Muriel Damois-Blondel, HCCE and KPMG.
