Spanish REIT Atom Hoteles has sold the Hotel Ibersol Antemare in Sitges for €10 million to an undisclosed buyer.
The 116-room property is located on the Avinguda Mare de Déu de Montserrat, close to the beachfront.
According to a release on the Madrid Stock Exchange on 17 March, the property was used as collateral for a €199 million syndicated mortgage loan. The company has proceeded to lift the mortgage held by the asset and to amortize a part of the mortgage loan.
