BNP Paribas Real Estate and Munich-based operator Ruby Group will open a 237-room lean luxury Hotel in the centre of Marseille.
Located on the Boulevard des Dames in a former office building, the new hotel will also comprise a 300sqm rooftop bar and a 1,000 sqm workspace.
The new hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2025.
