The finalists for this year’s IHIF EMEA pitch perfect contest have been announced.
The three projects that will stand up in front of our judges are:
- Grupo Pinero for The Bahia Principe Grand Costa Adeje in Tenerife, Spain
- Kourtidis Group for the Alexandrou Chora in Greece
- Montingegnoli for the Tenuta Montingegnoli in Italy
“The level of competition this year was outstanding narrowing almost 20 projects down to three was incredibly tough. Our finalists from Spain, Italy and Greece will now be mentored by our judges to deliver sharp, investment-ready pitches on Day 3 of IHIF EMEA,” Olga Andreevskikh, senior conference producer, operational real estate at Questex, said.
The premise of Pitch Perfect is to give developers a high-profile platform to showcase new projects, gain expert feedback and build credibility at the most influential hospitality investment forum in EMEA.
Andreevskikh added: “Join us on 25 March at 9:30 AM on the Develop Stage as the projects are presented and a winner is selected in real time. It’s a clear snapshot of where hospitality development is heading.”
