Last Chance! Pitch your new development project at IHIF EMEA 2026
Developers are being invited to submit details of their new projects for a chance of getting a free pass to IHIF EMEA – but potential applicants will have to be quick as the deadline for applying is Friday 13 February.
What is Pitch Perfect?
Pitch Perfect shines a light on new hospitality development projects with the potential to shape the future of the sector. This Dragon’s Den-style format gives developers the chance to present their most exciting concepts to a panel of respected judges, it is fast paced and engaging, placing fresh thinking in front of an audience where real capital is in the room.
This session will be held Wednesday 25 March 2026 at IHIF EMEA on the Develop Stage which attracts investors, operators, advisors and brands who are actively looking for new opportunities and partnerships.
The winning project will be interviewed and featured by Hospitality Investor, the leading hospitality investment media platform read by more than 62,000 professionals across the sector, giving the winner standout visibility and credibility.

Last year's winner was Herbert Pinzolits the owner and CEO - Mamma Group for its Vienna House Easy by Wyndham, a 510 key hotel in timber at Vienna airport.
