Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has agreed a deal with operator CLC World Resorts & Hotels to take over the branding of 12 of its properties in a number of leisure destinations across Europe.
Starting from next month, the properties will be converted into a number of Wyndham brands: Wyndham Grand Residences, Wyndham Residences, Wyndham, Ramada Residences by Wyndham and Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham.
The upper-upscale, upscale and midscale offerings will target families and extended stay guests who want to combine business and leisure.
The new additions will further expand Wyndham’s portfolio of over 300 hotels across the continent.

What is CLC World?
CLC World was founded by Roy Peires, who purchased his first resort, Las Farolas, on the Costa del Sol in 1984.
The company offered timeshare opportunities at its resorts but discontinued new sales at the end of 2020, when its UK business, Club La Costa (UK) plc, went into administration.
“The closure of Club La Costa’s timeshare sales companies has no impact whatsoever on CLC World’s members, Real Estate owners, or their resorts, all of which continue as usual,” the company said at the time.
