Gilles Clavie is to take over from John Ozinga as CEO of AccorInvest on 1 July.

Nadra Moussalem, AccorInvest chairman, said: I want to thank John for his great contribution to AccorInvest. He was one of the pioneers of this adventure and was able to create one of the largest hospitality platforms in the world. He was particularly decisive to lead the response to the unprecedented global sanitary crisis we have been facing over the last few months.
“At the same time, I am also pleased to welcome Gilles Clavie at the helm of the company. Gilles brings a strong operational and financial background, which will help him lead AccorInvest in the coming years. The board of directors will support Gilles and the executive team as we position the company for future growth.”
Clavie said: “I am inspired by the encouragement and confidence placed in me by the board of directors of AccorInvest. I also wish to extend my deepest respect and appreciation to all the teams in the group for their strong commitment and support. In these times when the hotel industry has been globally facing the worst crisis in its history our priority is to secure that AccorInvest group goes through it safely and gets most out of opportunities when hospitality business rebounds.”
