But we’re not just sharing reports – we also want to work closely with you to learn about your unique challenges and how we can help solve them. As part of this commitment, we’re continuing dialogues and discussions to make sure your voices are heard. One example of partner-led innovation was our improved indexing reporting, an outcome of owner group research. Indexing reporting are extensive reporting capabilities that help you to parse data more efficiently and gain insights.

We've assembled a core team to support you as an owner, investor or management company. This global team includes:
- Matthias Schreiner - Los Angeles, USA
Matthias is based in Los Angeles and leads a team dedicated to supporting the growth of our Owner Groups and Hotel Management Companies in the Americas. Matthias is a Booking.com veteran with over 12 years in the business.
- Sam Gardner – London, UK
Sam manages Owner Groups and Hotel Management Company relationships from our London office. Sam has been in the company for nearly 10 years, across various roles in both London and Amsterdam.
- Oliver Winther – Singapore
Oliver supports the growth of our APAC region, collaborating with Owner Groups and Management Companies from our base in Singapore. Oliver has been with Booking for 7.5 years and moved to Singapore from Copenhagen in 2022.
With support from the wider Booking.com team, Matthias, Sam and Oliver are here to make sure that you have a seat at the table. They’ll work closely with the Questex community to address challenges, optimize solutions and celebrate successes.
