Cycas Hospitality has added two new branded Marriott hotels and one new branded Hyatt hotel to its portfolio in France.
The hospitality management company has signed a deal for Marriott’s 91-bedroom Moxy Paris Clamart, located within the ZAC Grand Canal region of the Parisian suburb as well as its 86-room hotel Moxy Le Havre based in the Normandy area of France.
Moxy Paris Clamart is scheduled to open late 2023 in partnership with Spirit REIM Services, Eiffage Immobilier and COFFIM while Moxy Le Havre will open in early 2025.
Cycas will also operate 78-room Hyatt Place Rouen, the first Hyatt hotel within the Normandy region. Hyatt Place Rouen is the second Hyatt Place hotel in France operated by Cycas Hospitality and the first under a hotel management agreement. It is set to open in late 2023.
The new additions bring Cycas’s French portfolio to 8 hotels, around 1100 rooms, and takes its portfolio across the Europe and UK to a total of 47 hotels.
