Minor Hotels is set to open Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel in with Thai real estate developer CP Land.
Following an extensive renovation programme, the 402-key property formerly known as Grand Fortune Hotel Bangkok will start operating under the Minor umbrella on September, joining sister properties Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel and Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel.
Located in the heart of the new central business district, Avani Ratchada Bangkok also comprises a state-of-the-art wellness centre - which features a lap pool, AvaniFit gym and spa facilities – 16 event venues, a 25th floor AvaniClub Lounge, as well as a presidential suit which boasts its own dining room, cocktail bar and private sauna.
The new opening will mark the 12th Avani hotel in Thailand and the 3rd Avani hotel in Bangkok as Avani Hotels & Resorts strengthens its presence in Asia and continues its global expansion, with upcoming openings in China and the Seychelles scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
